Black Tomato Gin

Black tomato Gin is born in the authentic harbor of Bruinisse, a small fisherman village with a long tradition in fishing mussels. The distillery is facing the clear waters of the Oosterschelde which is the biggest National parc of the Netherlands.

Besides the secret botanicals they use some small drops of fresh salt Oosterschelde water and homegrown great tasting black tomatoes. Their distillery is one of the rare distillers in the Netherlands having its own traditional stone floor for sprouting of steeped malting-grains.
