eeNoo is distilled with Royal Deeside honey. The flavour profile of the honey is unique to the local area and is made up of heather, willow herb and clover pollen. To complement the honey heather flowers are added along with other local botanicals. A percentage of the brambleberries, raspberries and rosehip is foraged from the Deeside area and the remainder is sourced from berry farms in Aberdeenshire and Angus. As Scottish juniper is in a critical state of decline, some of the finest is sourced from the Italian highlands. Coriander seeds, angelica root, liquorice root, orange and lemon peel are then added to give this gin a traditional yet smooth fruity profile.
