Pilgrim’s Gin

This gin is distilled with the savoury, earthy notes of juniper, coriander, and angelica, complimented with the sweet, acidic flavour of grapefruit and an interesting twist of liquorice.

The gin is then refined with Scottish spring water, which is naturally sourced and drawn from a sustainable spring and blended with blackcurrant to create an interesting and exquisite taste.

A fascinating characteristic of Pilgrim’s Original Gin, is at lower temperatures the gin goes cloudy! This is due to the high concentration of natural citrus botanicals that give Pilgrim’s Original its unique taste.
