Devil’s Bridge Spiced Rum
This particular spiced rum hails from Devil’s Bridge in Wales, inspired by a Welsh legend involving a woman and her dog tricking the devil himself. Oh, and the cunning trick happens on a bridge, of course. Anyway, the rum was initially matured in bourbon barrels in the tropical climate of the Caribbean, before it was shipped over to Wales and treated to the addition of bara brith (a spiced Welsh fruit cake), Glengettie black tea, and Shirgar Carmarthenshire butter along other classic spices. A uniquely Welsh rum, for sure!
